A characterful hiking stick with the most gorgeous bark.

Handmade from hazel coppiced in the Galloway Forest, Scotland. Approx 118cm tall, this stick has gorgeous dark, almost black & golden brown bark with a little bronze mottling and features a fuchsite mica filled knot in the shank, a custom copper ferrule with replaceable tungsten steel hiking spike and adjustable jute wrist strap. Lightweight and built to last, perfect for daily dog walks or more demanding hikes. These tungsten tips grip exceptionally well on all surfaces. - Size: approx 118cm tall, 25mm at the top and 17mm at the base - Wood: Scottish hazel, with bark left intact - Top: domed - Shank: straight, light but sturdy - Ferrule: custom copper with replaceable tungsten steel tip - Lanyard: adjustable, natural jute with copper wire - Finish: Sanded to a soft sheen and treated to several coats of 100% natural Danish oil and beeswax, hand-poured by Rhoose Point Remedies, Vale of Glamorgan in Wales.
